When migrating data to Tada, brands will structure their data according to predefined templates. While Tada provides standard templates for ease, we also offer customization options to meet unique brand requirements; though these may involve additional development costs.

Tada offers three versatile methods to ensure a smooth and secure data migration process, regardless of your current setup; whether SaaS, On-Premise, or Private Cloud.

1. API Streaming (for On-Premise and Private Cloud

Tada offers an API that connects directly to our database, making data migration easy and reducing the need for manual data exports. Brands just need to create a function to call the API and send the agreed data to Tada’s database. We handle the rest, ensuring the data is properly formatted to fit our system.

2. SFTP/S3 Upload (for SaaS, On-Premise and Private Cloud)

For brands that prefer a more traditional approach, Tada sets up a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) for brands to upload their data in Excel files. Before uploading, brands need to export their data and prepare an SFTP server for the transfer. 

We provide a standard Excel template with all necessary fields for easy migration. If needed, brands can request a customized template to better match their data, though this may involve additional development costs.

3. Bulk File Upload (CSV) via Dashboard (for SaaS, On-Premise and Private Cloud)

For those handling large volumes of data, our dashboard makes bulk uploads a breeze. This method doesn’t require SFTP setup and is as straightforward as it gets. While templates aren’t customizable, you can map your data manually to ensure a smooth migration.
