In Grid® for Loyalty Management, products are ranked by customer satisfaction (based on user reviews) and market presence (based on market share, seller size, and social impact) and placed into four categories: Leader, High Performing, Contender, and Niche. Help identify valuable, loyal, or interested customers.
To qualify under this category, a product must have a loyalty program such as gift cards or reward points, provide a means of their distribution, and track the engagement. TADA is now in the Leader position in the Grid®.

To qualify for inclusion in the Customer Advocacy category, a product must provide referral program features to attract brand advocates, deliver engagement and communication tools, enable marketers share information at each stage of engagement, and monitor interactions with advocates.

Implementation Index for Loyalty Management
Implementation Index is calculated based on real-user satisfaction ratings for a number of implementation-related review questions. It is determined from ease of setup, implementation time, and user adoption among other factors. TADA holds an Implementation Index of 7.16 out of 10.
Relationship Index for Loyalty Management
Relationship Index is calculated based on real-user satisfaction ratings for a number of relationship-related review questions. It is determined from ease of business, likeliness to recommend, and quality of support among other factors. TADA holds an Implementation Index of 8.14 out of 10.
