We are looking for an Inside Sales as part of the Commercial Team

TADA (www.usetada.com) is a data-driven Customer Retention Platform (CRP), established in 2012 and present in 5 countries. We aim to help businesses move from transactions to relationships, from customers to advocates.

 In this role you will be responsible to:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Answer phones and set up a meeting with potential clients based on their availability
  • Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow up
  • Explain company profiles to prospective clients
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements and discuss it with business partner
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate business partner for further development and closure
  • Proactively ask for assistance when hindered by roadblocks or other challenges, teamwork mindset always

This role requires:

  • Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve
  • Able to work independently without constant supervisions
  • Able to build positive, lasting relationships with clients
  • Able to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision (because we work fast, and want to grow fast)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly products or services for the restaurant industry
  • Experience in account management and up-selling products or services
