We’re excited to announce our strategic collaboration with PT Mitra Transaksi Indonesia (“Yokke”), a financial services provider under the Mandiri Group, and Akar Inti Enterprise (AIE). This partnership is supported by the Zenith Accelerator program from Mandiri Capital Indonesia (MCI).
Through this collaboration, Tada introduces a digital loyalty solution that is directly integrated into Yokke’s EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines. AIE serves as the technology partner, ensuring seamless integration and system readiness across all touchpoints.
This collaboration was officially marked by an MoU signing ceremony held on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Menara Mandiri, Jakarta. The agreement was signed by Sylvia Novieta and Avit Dwi Suharsa from Yokke, Antonius Taufan from Tada, and Astari Kartika Hadinata from AIE.
“This collaboration aligns with our commitment to deliver added value to the Yokke payment ecosystem. We believe Tada’s technology and customer engagement approach will help cultivate stronger customer loyalty and support more sustainable business growth for our merchants,” said Sylvia Novieta, representing Yokke.
Tada’s CEO, Antonius Taufan, emphasized that this partnership represents a strategic step forward in strengthening an inclusive and sustainable digital payment ecosystem. “This goes beyond loyalty systems; it’s about building long-term strategies that drive adoption, increase engagement, and create truly sustainable programs.”
He added, “We’re proud that through this partnership, Tada is contributing to the expansion of digital payment adoption in Indonesia; particularly through Yokke’s EDC network,”
As the system integrator, Akar Inti Enterprise (AIE) plays a critical role in ensuring end-to-end implementation that is fully integrated and optimized within Yokke’s infrastructure.
“We hope this collaboration between AIE and Tada can deliver a scalable solution that strengthens the Yokke ecosystem, drives merchant growth, and supports the broader vision of inclusive digital payment adoption nationwide,” said Astari Kartika, CEO of AIE.
The loyalty program will begin its phased rollout in the second half of this year. It’s designed to not only drive merchant growth but also serve as a replicable digital incentive model across other sectors.
